Personal experience:
One of my first healing crystals was a smokyquartz. I still remember the energy and it felt like a gift from the universe.
It was tickeling in my hands while holding it. The energy was so strong.
At that moment i was in a very strange place in my life.
While holding the crystal I was visualizing that all the difficulties and stress in my life was disappaering and a light in my life started to show. Like When your inside a tunnel and going out. In the middle of the crystal shop i was in another universe.
I felt like the energy was grounding my splittet energy and alot of my friends felt a change in my appearence too after that moment. I became calm, safe and confident. That was the first seed and beginning of a my new life in crystal healing and MOORE UNIVERSE.
